DIFFICULT PEOPLE: Reframing the Challenge and Moving Forward With Hope
July 11 @ 7:00 am - 9:00 am
Have you ever worked with a difficult person? Of course, you have! What if you could polish the edges off your relationship with a “person like that”?
In this workshop presentation, Jim Hessler explores ways to reframe and reset our relationships with difficult people, leading to either an improved relationship or a “state of grace” about what’s possible.
Improving perceptions and experiences with difficult people can make your job more engaging and productive, and improve the cultural health of the organization for which you work.
• “Reframes” that leave you in a better position to work through issues with difficult people
• Confidence to enter these difficult relationships with more skill and positive intentions
• An approach to improve your working experience and the working experience of others around you
Jim Hessler brings over 30 years of business management and executive leadership experience to Path Forward Leadership Development, which he founded in 2001. He’s also the co-author of Land On Your Feet, Not On Your Face: A Guide To Building Your Leadership Platform and co-host of “The Boss Show” on KOMO Newsradio AM 1000.
