Kristann Orton, Founder and CEO of Inceodia, a boutique strategy consultancy that leads the design, creation and adoption of human-centered operating models built for innovation and growth. Kristann works with organizational leaders to build teams, cultures and solutions laser focused on the customers their business serves.
Kristann believes that infinite possibilities emerge when organizations empower their greatest assets: their employees, partners and customers. She has lead teams to uncover their ideas for change, launching new technology businesses at Hewlett-Packard, leading cultural change in the federal government, and catalyzing disruption from innovation in higher education and healthcare.
As a design apprentice, Kristann learned the craft of experience design from experts such as Dreamworks Animation, BMW Designworks, IDEO and Frog Design.
