Working to Your Strengths

According to Patrick Lencioni, author and founder of The Table Group, everyone has natural talents and gifts when it comes to work. As it turns out, there are six different types of gifts that are required of any group of people trying to get something done. In this Uplift Kitsap, Kristal will share how she used this assessment tool with her team and the transformations that have occurred as a result.

Kristal Thomas, owner and CEO of the Bremerton Express Employment Professionals office, has been a part of this community for 13 years. Kristal came from a background in sales and leadership and has been a professional facilitator for her company Intoxicating Intellect since 2009 teaching communication and personal effectiveness.
